Monthly Programming:
TAHRA meets September through June with an educational program scheduled for each month.
Peer Exchange:
An important benefit of TAHRA membership is the opportunity to meet your peers to exchange ideas and discuss HR issues. TAHRA is a powerful networking resource.
Certification Study Group:
As a TAHRA member, you are encouraged to gain professional certifications as a PHR or SPHR. Study groups are sponsored to help individuals become certified.

To be the major source for building strong competencies and developing the talent and leadership of people in our organizations.
To ensure a solid financial structure that permits reinvestment in initiatives and learning that advances the state of the profession.
To provide the membership with information concerning the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which exists to promote human resources professionalism and to actively support those in the profession.
